プライバシーポリシー / Privacy Policy

ShopNotes（以下「本アプリ」）は藤本商店が開発・運営しています。このプライバシーポリシーでは、お客様が Shopify ストアで本アプリを使用する際に、当社がどのような情報を収集し、使用し、保護するかについて説明します。

ShopNotes ("the App") is developed and operated by Fujimoto Shoten. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the App on your Shopify store.

ShopNotes をインストールおよび使用すると、以下の情報を収集します：

• Shopify ストアドメイン（例：your-store.myshopify.com）
• アプリ内で作成したメモのコンテンツ（テキスト、リスト、コードスニペット、画像）
• Shopify 認証に必要なアプリセッショントークン

お客様のお客様（エンドユーザー）の個人情報は収集しません。ShopNotes は、アプリの動作に必要な範囲を超えて、注文データ、顧客データ、その他の Shopify ストアデータにアクセスしません。

When you install and use ShopNotes, we collect:

• Your Shopify store domain (e.g., your-store.myshopify.com)
• Note content you create within the App (text, lists, code snippets, images)
• App session tokens required for Shopify authentication

We do not collect personal information about your customers. ShopNotes does not access order data, customer data, or any other Shopify store data beyond what is necessary to operate the App.

収集した情報は以下の目的にのみ使用します：

• ShopNotes サービスの提供と運営
• アプリ内でのメモの保存と取得
• サブスクリプションプランの管理（フリーまたはPro）

マーケティング目的でお客様の情報を第三者に販売、貸し出し、共有することはありません。

The information collected is used solely to:

• Provide and operate the ShopNotes service
• Store and retrieve your notes within the App
• Manage your subscription plan (Free or Pro)

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

メモデータは、クラウドデータベースサービスである Supabase を使用して安全に保管されます。データはストアドメインごとに論理的に分離されており、他のマーチャントからアクセスすることはできません。

Your note data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database service. Data is logically isolated per store domain and is not accessible to other merchants using the App.

お客様のデータは、本アプリがストアにインストールされている間保持されます。ShopNotes をアンインストールすると、すべての関連データ（メモとセッション情報）は適切な期間内に自動的に削除されます。

また、アプリ内からいつでも個別のメモを削除できます。

Your data is retained for as long as the App is installed on your store. When you uninstall ShopNotes, all associated data (notes and session information) is automatically deleted within a reasonable timeframe.

You may also delete individual notes at any time from within the App.

ShopNotes は、Shopify の GDPR ウェブフック要件に準拠しています。本アプリはお客様の個人データを収集・保存しないため、顧客データリクエストおよび削除リクエストは自動的に処理されます。

ShopNotes complies with Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhook requirements. As the App does not collect or store personal data about your customers, customer data requests and erasure requests are fulfilled automatically.

本アプリは以下の第三者サービスを使用しています：

• Shopify — 認証と決済処理
• Supabase — 安全なデータ保管

各サービスには、お客様のデータの使用を規定する独自のプライバシーポリシーがあります。

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Shopify — for authentication and billing
• Supabase — for secure data storage

Each service has its own privacy policy governing the use of your data.

本プライバシーポリシーは随時更新される場合があります。変更は更新日付とともに本ページに掲載されます。変更後も本アプリを継続してご利用いただくことで、更新されたポリシーに同意したものとみなします。

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
